Data We Process

Name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number, order content and history, payment data processed by our provider, IP address, browsing and device data.

Purposes and Legal Bases

Performance of a contract: order processing and delivery, customer support, returns and refunds.
Legal obligation: retention of accounting and tax records.
Legitimate interest: website security, fraud prevention, improving the store, and measuring traffic.
Consent: sending the newsletter, withdrawable at any time via the unsubscribe link.

Recipients

Store platform (Shopify), payment providers, our logistics partner and carriers, shipment tracking service, email platform, and analytics and advertising tools. These providers process data solely on our behalf. We do not sell any data.

Transfers Outside the EU

Some providers and our logistics partner are based outside the European Union. These transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

Retention Period

Order and invoice data: 7 years (legal obligation in the Netherlands). Contact data without an order: 2 years. Newsletter sign-up: until consent is withdrawn.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, object to, and port your data. Send requests to info@vargabratislava.com; we will respond within one month. You may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your country — in Slovakia, the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic — or with the Dutch authority, Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
