Return Policy

Returns and Refunds

  • Submit a return request by email within 14 days of receipt; ship the goods within 16 days of our approval (30 days in total).
  • We only accept returns that have been approved in advance and sent to the address we provide. Shipments sent without approval or to a different address will not be processed or refunded.
  • The customer bears the cost and risk of returns; shipping with a tracking number is mandatory.
  • We will refund within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the goods.
  • Order cancellation: 15 minutes from confirmation.
  • Damaged or incorrect goods: report within 48 hours of delivery, with photos.
  • Undelivered shipment: report no later than 30 days after the dispatch date.

Conditions

Goods must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of odors, with all original tags attached and in the original packaging. Otherwise, we will refuse the return or refund only partially, depending on the reduction in value.

The following are excluded from returns: swimwear, underwear, and hygiene products with the hygienic seal removed; personalized items; and orders placed in multiple sizes or variants with the intent of returning some of them. Repeated or abusive returns may lead to refusal of future orders.

Procedure

  1. Email info@vargabratislava.com within 14 days of receipt and include your order number.
  2. You will receive our approval and a return address. This address may be located outside the European Union; you are responsible for the return costs regardless of amount.
  3. Ship the goods within 16 days of approval, with a tracking number. A refund cannot be issued without proof of delivery to the return address.

Refund

We will refund within 14 days using the original payment method, after receiving and inspecting the goods. We will deduct any reduction in value of the goods, costs related to a refused or unclaimed shipment, and customs or import duties paid to third parties. Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are not refunded.

An exchange is processed as a return of goods and a new order.

Sample Withdrawal Form

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, Annex I(B). Its use is not mandatory — an email is sufficient.
